Certificate of Incorporation of the Everett Gold and Silver Mining Company
The undersigned have this day united and formed themselves into a Corporation, which shall be known by the corporate name of The Everett Gold and Silver Mining Company.
The Company is formed for the purpose of gold and silver mining on the Everett Lode, in Humboldt District, Humboldt County, Nevada Territory.
The Capital Stock of this Company is One hundred and Twenty thousand Dollars.
The time of the existence of this Company shall be fifty years.
The Capital Stock of this Company shall consist of One thousand, two hundred (1,200 shares) of One hundred Dollars each.
The number of Trustees of this Company shall be seven, and they shall manage the concerns thereof.
The Trustees of this Company for the first three months after this date shall be Albert W. Bee, Alexander Ely, Gilbert T Sewall, Hazen K Riley, Abel Whitton, Holland Smith, and J. F. Greerman.
The principal place of business of this Company is located in the City and County of San Francisco, State of California.
