An Act authorizing the State Treasurer to issue War Bonds to A. W. Bee, The People of the State of California represented in Senate and Assembly do en-act as follows: Section One The Treasurer of the State is hereby authorized and empowered to receive and cancel War Bonds numbered three hundred and forty-four, and three hundred and forty five, dated November twentyfourth eighteen hundred and fifty four, of one hundred dollars each, with interest coupons attached issued under the Act of the Legislature approved May second eighteen hundred and fifty two, and in lieu thereof to issue to A.W. Bee, under the provisions of said Act two War Bonds of one hundred dollars each¸with interest coupons attached and numbered four hundred thirty two and four hundred thirty three, dated November twenty fourth, one thousand eight hundred and fifty four, Section Two, This act shall take effect from and after passage.
